Custom 12' Claro Table

The book-matched slabs came from a tree that passed more than 10 years ago, and the beginnings of spalted maple had slowly begun developing in the sapwood. The table ended up being exactly 40" wide, and 142" long. I was a beautiful piece designed for a family that liked to entertain, and preferred less of a distance between those on each side of the table.
